Great book to teach the fundamentals of food safety throughout the entire process, including a brief portion on HACCP. The Servsafe course was great, and I passed with flying colors. That being said, the book in of itself is cheaper when packaged with the actual Servsafe course. The materials are the same.
Very beneficial. This is a required course for food service managers in Alabama. It is easy to read and understand with sample questions and answers in each chapter. This is a course recognized in all fifty states so If I move, I will already have the course. My employer supplied me with a book but I bought this because I wanted my own copy to mark and highlight.
These fulfilled the needs I needed.
Very good book if you need to get certified as a Safe Food Manager----a lot of information presented in a study friendly manner. I thought it was a little costly.
This book has 10 chapters instead of 15 taught the class using it and prefer it to classwork book for short two day classes.
It stated that the answer sheet would be included but it did not come with my package.
