As a ServSafe Instructor, this is exactly what I needed to purchase. It is the book along with the written test blank. I simply needed a copy for my personal use. Oddly enough, if you are a Prime member it is cheaper to purchase these through than the actual ServSafe website (considering shipping/taxes...at the current cost).
I have taken the ServSafe Managers test twice and failed. But once I've purchased this book and read/studied, I've passed my exam 91% score.

Yes, it is the greatest book. However, I still think it is expensive...

Textbook arrived in perfect condition still wrapped in plastic. The answer sheet for the exam was included inside the book right past the cover. Wish the price was a little lower though.
