This is overly simplified so it may be alright for beginners. The layout made it difficult to grasp some concepts and the content has fluff which is frustrating. This book was not helpful at all to pass the Certified General Appraiser exam.
This book is the very simple to follow and gives plenty of examples to give the reader a better understanding. This has to be one of the best appraisal books on the market.
I thought it was well written and good organization for a introduction to real estate.
Perfect condition, did not look used. Very pleased.
