My 8 month old daughter loves this book. The illustrations are cute and the book itself is very good quality. The pages are really thick, which makes it easy for my daughter to play with. She can be a bit rough with books but this one stands up well against her.
My 18 month old grandson loves this precious little book. I always use my finger in the cow to make it move around and "moo" for him. Board books are perfect for him right now and his favorites are the ones with finger puppets.
we have quite a few of these puppet books and my daughter LOVES them. Even starting at 2 months she got excited about the moving puppet and the song book!
Patterned after The Itsy Bitsy Spider finger puppet book (our grandbaby's favorite), this one does not disappoint. It is sturdy and chewable, with vivid and appealing illustration, and follows the song/story line. It is well-made and has just enough movement activity to stimulate a baby and hold its attention.
This is perfect for little ones. There are only about 6 or six pages, but are made of thick cardboard so easily turned by the child. The head of the animal is a finger puppet that is accessed from the back of the book and it goes thru each page of the book to the front via a hole in each book. It is a precious way to keep their attention and teach them the nursery rhymes at the same time. My grandson LOVES this books.
Unfortunately this arrived with dented corners, black smudges, and scratched pages. The soft animal was stained. My son loves these books so I wanted to order some new ones. I was shocked at the condition when they arrived.
My one year old loves all the little learners finger puppet books! Some of the cuter finger puppet books I've seen!
I didn't think this book would only have like 3-4 pages and say two words of the nursery rhyme on each page. I was disappointed and thought it was over priced for such little content. All in all my kid likes the puppet so we deal with it.
