I am teaching my bilingual 8 year old son to read and write in Spanish. The stories in this book are more interesting than in several other bilingual reading comprehension books. Since he likes to read them, he is happy to do the homework. Do not let price dictate the quality of a book. This is an excellent series. The questions are appropriate and not difficult to understand.
For some reason I haven't been able to use it as much as other bilingual books. The size of the font is too big, and it's a waste of paper to have the questions in another page. Other bilingual books with short readings as this have both in only one page, making it easier to use.
Arrived promptly. Good for teaching English and Spanish.
This is the second time we've bought this book.
