I bought this book for my three-year-old daughter who loves bedtime stories. I like to read to her Spanish books so she can learn a second language. She is able to understand the story and answer all my questions. The book has big colorful images and is very easy to read. I highly recommend this book.
Like most parents, I want my child to pick-up another language, but we don't speak Spanish in our home or enought to really make an impression. I thought I would buy a few of these story books to help me do it more often and give some exposure to the language in a fun way. These books have great pictures, both spanish and english text and are perfect for little readers and parents. Great buy!

This is a classic story that belongs in every child's library. I read both versions to my daughter for her dual language kindergarten nightly reading.
This book is well-written and translated. Too many of these bilingual tales are poorly translated but this one won't disappoint.
Overall the story is a little bit short but the transalation is good and the pictures are great! I love reading this to my one and a half year old son in both english and spanish!
