This book had me happy and sad. I cried and got emotional but it was worth it. The prayers in this book that these individuals did were awesome. I felt I was in church. Rachel came home just in time to be therefore Sally just as her grandma had. Sally was an angel in Karen's life. She help change her for the better. Greg was a god send he and Sally were the perfect praying couple. Brian was a good person for Karen. I felt bad for Carrie.
I really appreciated the spiritual maturity of Sally, Karen, and Carrie. Sally was an old soul who lived a life pleasing to God even though she had a brief detour in life. However, this book was the definition of grammatical error. It was not edited at all and it took away the enjoyment from Tammy's first book. I had a hard time finishing this book because of the composition of the story and all the errors. I highly suggest that the publishing company goes back and have it properly edited, and then resubmit it for the masses.
This book simplifies how young people can go the wrong way but with the help of family and prayer. Things can turn around. Each one of these young people faced challenges in their life but they decided to change and wait on God. This was a great book. I suggest if things has happened in your life and you are struggling with faith and waiting on God this is a good book to read.
This book has potential to be better. There are good lessons in this book, but it needs to be edited ALOT! If it was edited and the author tweaked it a little bit, it would be rated a 5 star. But it is a best seller so congradualtions!
Answered Prayers was an excellent book. It was a good clean christian book with no cursing or x rated chapters. I loved it and would recommend my daughter to read it. Very inspirational and sad but at the end of the day we know God never make mistakes. Everything happened for a reason. That's something we should always remember when things don't always go our way it's God's trying to tell us something.
I enjoyed this book took me through several emotions; happy and sad. God is always in the blessing business. These young people with through some things in their life, but was able to lean and depend on God. The book had a few errors but did not take away from the story.
This was a great story line but poorly written and structured. Grammar could use work and transitioning should have been smoother. It took too much thought to figure out which character said what and why so much detail was placed in certain parts over others.
