While the subject is daunting this book very clearly laid out the concepts and the strategies. The case studies are well written and lead to a greater understanding of what is involved. All in all a very helpful book

Buying a business can be very complicated. This book clearly lays out how to do it the right way.
I thought that this was a sequel to Garrett Suttons book "How To Buy & Sell a Business" which I bought in the first printing in 2003. This book is actually the same - or very nearly the same - as that original printing with a different title. The paragraphs are the same and in the same order. There is very little new content. I gave the book away less than a week after receiving it. Obviously, I liked the original book enough to buy this one. So, the content is good for anyone who has not already purchased the first printing. But I felt deceived when I started reading the content. I probably won't buy any Rich Dad/Poor Dad or Rich Dad Adviser books in the future.
This is a very useful book on a seemingly difficult subject. The author breaks it down into understandable parts. I now have a much clearer and confident understanding of how to buy a business.
