I was disapointed with the choice of stories here. I understand that, 'Jesus Freaks' testamonies, the book, is much better. I didn't like this but I do like the Left Behind fiction series.
The chapter of 'A Logger's Farewell' Mr.and Mrs. Kennedy attend our church. They are two of the most strongest people I know considering everything that has taken place. Their faith is a testimony to us here in the area. It was nice to see that God does work even in a really small town in Stevens County.
I love this book. The testimonies are real and very moving. I wasn't raised in a Christian home; I was raised in a false religion that destroyed my life. I became a Christian as an adult in my twenties and God restored and rebuilt my life. I love hearing/reading about how other people came to know Jesus as their Savior and how He has changed their life. This book is beautifully written by men, women, and teenagers from all stages and walks of life. It testifies to how God will meet us where we are, and take us farther than we could have ever imagined possible.
