I really like this planner. I was having so much trouble staying organized without it. It's light enough that I can carry it with me to doctor's appointments, school, etc., and I like that it looks sleek and modern. A lot of planners look like they are made for junior high kids, which is fine for those who want that, but it isn't what I'm looking for during grad school or what most people want professionally.When deciding if the planner is right for you, know that the left page is for dates and includes 1 week, with a page on the right for notes (I found the note side useful but large, since I have another To-do list, but I'm sure many will like this space for bullet-journal planning). There are also pairs of pages that show a whole month.The planner arrived bent, so you may need to take care during use that the cover doesn't bend. Using the elastic makes the planner better able to withstand any bending without a permanent mark. If yours gets bent, put it under some heavy objects for a few days. That flattened mine.The included ribbon "bookmark" is crazy small so I might find another option. I keep wanting to use the large elastic band as a bookmark but then the non-elastic-banded pages are at risk of crumpling.
I'm really loving this planner! I'm into my third week of using it now and it's really working nicely. I love that the daily spread is all on the left and then there's a completely blank (but lined) right page! It's going to be so helpful for me to keep track of college, work, kids' schedules, husband's schedule, and everything!
After trying three different types of planners/notebooks brands and styles, the Moleskine Weekly Notebook comes as close to perfect to my needs. Because once you start using a notebook, you are somewhat committed to using it until the period is over, it takes a while to try a few different brands and styles. I really like the weekly notebook format as it is much easier for me to look for and find my notes for a particular day/event/meeting. I used to use only the blank pages and write in the dates at the top; however, it takes me forever to search and find my notes for a particular day. I have never purchased or tried the app that allows you to keep your notes in the cloud.I also like the blank page next to each week to write more notes. I used to only buy hardcover notebooks thinking that the cover would make it a firm surface to write, however, I much prefer the soft cover as it makes the notebook lighter and I've never missed the hardcover. The only thing that I wish would change would be the size. There is just not enough space to write my notes for each week. I am always just a little bit too short which has resulted in me writing smaller and smaller which makes to reading the notes more difficult.Moleskine makes exceptional products and this format is the best for my needs. Recommended.
I've been using a molskine planner for about five years now. I've used the pocket size with a page per day and the medium sized one too- so this is my first time using a large one. I love it. I was worried there wasn't going to be enough room on each day, but because each opposite page is a full blank page it's perfect. Hopefully I don't dump my water all over this one.
Disappointed by the layout! I wish the monthly calendar was just a little bigger and I really don't need the maps, flight information, measures and conversions, etc. that break up the flow of the pages. Also the cover isn't really holding up as well as I would like. I tried finding a cover but have had very little luck. I won't be buying this again next year!
This thing is awesome. Each week has a page for all days of the week then the opposite page is a page for notes. This is great. I do a diet plan of sorts and like to list events that I'm thinking about attending.Previously I had purchased the pocket version of this but I like the xl a bit better.
Pages are a bit thin to be writing with pen, but I use pencil for all my planning activities so no worries there. A good planner for laying out your week, if you need to track your day on an hour to hour basis this might not the one for you.
Needed a planner for nursing school and this works perfectly. Lots of space to write and planner begins and ends according to my academic year.
