Man I love this quick study guide. It basically contains my entire financial accounting book in only six pages! From the photo, I thought it was just one page but no it is folded into three pages full of writing front and back for a total of six pages. When I say it covers everything in my book, I mean literally everything I need to know and the beautiful part is it is in exactly the same order as the chapters in my book. For any freshman college student or someone that just wants to learn accounting, this is all you will need forget purchasing those overly priced books. The only thing I have noticed is that it does not include the formulas for things like current ratio, acid or quick test ratio, day's sales average, etc. Other than that this guide is amazing. It basically goes like this: the page in the thumbnail provided by has information pertaining to a summary of chapter 1 and 2 of my book talking about the history of accounting, its origin, what is a debit/credit etc. The next page covers chapters 3-4 like in my book about the accounting equation, assets, etc. And it just continues in that order until you reach stocks bonds owners equity which are the last chapters of my book. You will definitely possess the same knowledge by reviewing this in comparison to someone sitting in class all day being lectured by a professor. Great product. I also purchased one for cost accounting as I could not understand what the book was talking about. These things are great!!
This is especially helpful for us non-account types. This Quick Study guide, in conjunction with the Accounting 2 Quick Study guide, the Accounting Equations & Answers Quick Study guide, and WIlliam G. Droms' book, "Finance and Accouinting for Nonfinancial Managers" go a long way to filling in the blanks for those of us whose focus is necessarily elsewhere.
