This book is on the reading list in two European universities, after reading it I can understand why. Not even the big management consultancy companies would give this guy time of day or return calls. The author lays out in this book how fourth party works, its slow at the start because of the technical nature of the subject. This is way better than any white paper because it does not offer a sales pitch. Once you have read this you will be challenged to improved your supply chain. Both classroom and practical, well done.
The book is fairly small.
