We have these books for every season and they are wonderful for babies in the 9-24 months range (at least, that is when all 3 of my toddler-preschool age children seemed to enjoy and engage with them the most). It is a series of simple questions, answered by pulling flaps out or down to reveal the answer (and teach seasonal vocabulary words). Great little books with bright, sunny illustrations!
Such a treat for little ones to "lift the flaps" and participate in discovering the story. All the books in this series are delightful!
As a teacher I naturally want my daughter to have the head start to learning, and a love for books. She loves turning the pages and lifting the flaps to reveal "what's behind..." She finds the colors to be exciting too.
She will rarely turn down any of the many karen katz books we have. She especially likes Daddy Hugs, the and Toes, Ears and Nose. This book is not the most exciting one of all, but I like that it is seasonal and we will probably get baby loves summer too!
Our daughter loves lifting the flaps. Book is good quality as are all the other Karen Katz "Where is/are Baby's" books
Another great Katz book! My daughter (almost 1) loves all these lift-the-flap books by Karen Katz. This one focuses on spring - rain, flowers, etc. A cute addition to my daughter's collection.
I've been ordering all the seasonal Baby books as the seasons arrive. My son loves this one, more than Baby Loves Summer. We like to count the birds, frogs, butterflies, and flowers.
Perfect for my granddaughter as an Easter gift. She is too young to eat anything but her mother's milk yet, so candy was not a choice for a gift. The book was perfect.
