This CD is not for beginner. It goes pretty fast and doesn't repeat the words slowly. It is hard to know if you are pronouncing the words correctly if you don't speak French. It is hard to catch the words as they are said normally. Some people may like that, but for me its ok. I'll just have to listen to it many times and maybe look up the words online.

Great for the kids and me to practice French on the way to school. The songs are catchy and it's a great intro to vocabulary.
