Wow, I'm impressed with the results. My grand son is going into Kindergarten this Fall and wants to learn his math but hard to keep him involved for long. With these he will go through the entire deck, almost like a game, before 'finishing his homework' and losing interest. Amazing results make it well worth it, cannot beat the price, and they are study and will hold up for his use and that of his younger sister I am sure. Definitely recommend them.
These subtraction flash cards are excellent flash cards.Do not think,for a moment,that these particular flash cards are not effective.My nieces love these flash cards,and the cards are very inexpensive.This product is made in America by the way.
I received these flash cards within two days of ordering them. My son is having a hard time doing math quick enough for the school system so we ordered these. We do 20 minutes a day of these and are happy with the results we are seeing. These cards are a littleLarger than normal playing cards and are color coordinated. I highly recommend these to any parent wanting to help their child in math.
As a Grandma, I decided it would be "fun" to use these flash cards as a "game" for the grandkids! It was a fun way to review or relearn addition for kids ages 5-8. When a grandchild gave the correct answer I'd give them a penny which they collected and then bought their favorite candy bar! It was amusing to watch their enjoyment without them even realizing we were practicing addition! I've also used the subtraction flash cards. So, start saving your pennies!!
We purchased these to help our young kids with their math and they have helped. Our kids are significantly better with their math facts than they were prior.I like these better than home made cards (index cards with marker) because you can't see through them. Also they look nice and professional looking versus my normal home made flash cards.
I wish I did not get these. There are facts on both sides of the cards which makes it hard to organize and remove facts the child already knows. Make sure to buy cards that have the fact on one side and the answer only on the back. Seller was fine I got these in a timely manner and the two stars reflect the product not the seller.
I mean they are flash cards so not much to say. I just wish the answers were in bigger type on the back of the card. One of my children has vision problems and looking at the tiny font on the back is difficult. All said, they do what I thought and offer opportunities to build and strengthen rote mathematical skills.
I think subtraction cards should go up to at least 18 or 24 for the minuend. If the addition cards are 0-12, then I think the student should use the same numbers here. Students don't get stuck on 12-3 as much as they do on 15-8.
