There is decent information in here, but it could probably be pared down to one CD instead of four. There's a lot of fluff in here and the speaker comes off as condescending. I'm hoping for the price there are better sets available. There are many "examples" that are low-budget reenactments of real world situations. I think these same points could have been made more effectively without the sillyness.
I highly recommend this to anyone who has problems with conflict resolution at work. I am a technical person, and tend to shy away from conflict of any kind. This material is about how to stand your ground without being a jerk. It has helped me tremendously both personally and professionally.
I rated this a 4 star because I just finished listening to this and was impressed with the ideas and the manner it was presented. I may come back and change my rating if I find I am able to really put this to work. I think of past situations that this might have helped turn out better, so I will have to see if I can really use it in my future.
