SHOULD BE OK, BUT I HAD IT SHIPPED TO THE NORTH POLE FOR SANTA TO DELIVER AND I KNOW NOT IF IT WAS EVER READ AND THAT WOULD BE THE CRITERIA FOR THE BOOK I GUESS.

I am a chap who has taken on the home heating trade in New Zealand and read parts of this book which was owned by a cobber. Then I HAD to find a copy. Since then (about 2 years ago) I have referred to it numerous times and as a consequence of getting the data from this book, have managed to solve other peoples problems as well as gained a great deal of understanding which I didn't have before (& Im not 60 yo!) & solved many problems which I've had in my workshop. For me, its been absolutely tremendous source of information on all sorts of aspects to what folks should be aware of if using solid fuels fire installations.Would I recommend it? Absolutely YES! Im actually looking for his other book as I found his writing style, number of drawings and photos ideal for me.My one complaint would be that it's written totally for the USA market but the rest of the world uses metric measurements. I was born in the old Imperial measuring systems so have an understanding of cubic feet, cord an psi and can convert it to metric but the younger generation 'in the real world', :-) might find this a tad frustrating.Id love to be able to thank this author personally for the time and effort he has taken to write and share this valuable information.
