I have purchased just about every one of Nancy Furstinger's books. I recently purchased two of her latest books and Paws of Courage as one of them. I just love the way Nancy writes and Paws of Courage did not let me down. It was wonderful to read about all these amazing and fearless pooches as well as their handlers. These pups and handlers are true hero's in every sense of the word.
After reading Nancy Furstinger's book "Mercy" ... I became an avid fan. She has the ability to write stories ... important stories with animals being the central characters ... that uplifts the reader, educates the reader and leaves the reader feeling their life just got a little bit better and richer. Her books will become standards for decades to come. For any parent that wants to raise their child or children to have large, compassionate, brave and tolerant hearts ... Nancy Furstinger's books should truly be on their reading list.
