El libro es bastante interesante, pero si alguien desea leerlo más vale que lo haga en inglés, ya que la traducción (al menos la que he leído yo que es de Hubert Valverde) es tan lamentable que leerla se hace desagradable. Lleno de errores garrafales de todo tipo: gramaticales, ortográficos... Hay frases que hasta resultan incomprensibles.

A very well written book.It shows a different approach to lidership and helps people that is not in a high rank possition to influence the co-workers and as a secondary gain the whole structure.If you are really interested in managment it gives you great tips.By other hand your self esteem will improve when you try the sugestions and get the results the book promises.
