Be positive, change your attitude, utilize efficiency methods, exercise and live life! If you’re a self help junkie there isn’t much in this book that is new or revolutionary. It does, however, lay out a solid plan and a free pdf is provided to readers and listeners to get them to act right away to better him or herself. The author prescribes a task for each day that needs to be completed that day. For the 90 days there are 90 different tasks. For example, on day one the author recommends changing your negative attitude into a positive one. Day two, he says no one can make you happy so it’s up to you to make your self happy. These are all good tips but I feel as though the book is not substantial enough to be worth the $10 price tag especially when a quarter of the book is famous quotes. That is why I have given it four stars.I listened to the audible version and did not enjoy the voice of the reader and he was talking really slowly, but that’s just me being very nit picky.
