This is a beautiful book. We read this aloud with Haitian children, sometimes they would read, sometimes an English speaker would read. The kids loved it and the English speakers got a chance to meaningfully interact with the children. The book has a meaningful story and can easily be read and understood by an English speaker with no Creole knowledge.
I love that I was able to find a book in English and Creole here on ! This book has vibrant illustrations and is the perfect book to begin teaching my child a 2nd language.
