As a beginning Dutch student, I think it is vital to apply your lessons to reading material outside your language excercises. This book is a way to do beginning reading in Dutch, and enjoy it as well. The book is geared towards young children, but any age language student can enjoy it as well.
I love it. Simple enough for an adult who isn't necessarily bi-lingual. Wish there were more of these around to order for my Dutch family.
It's a great book if you wan to learn Dutch or teach it to children.
Lovely story but was disappointed with quality of book. Looked as though it was hurriedly out together, badly stapled, not evenly and colour/fold registration marks were all exposed. More care from publishers would be good.
This was a gift, very difficult to find bilingual Dutch/English child's book. My daughter in law is pleased that we could find a child's book in her home language as well as English.

Just a wonderful book. It's hard to find a bilingual English/ Dutch book but this one is just great. I highly recommend it.
