I like this book because it introduces maths ideas as applied in economics. I only realized how subtle that introduction was when I started with core economic analysis later and found myself referring this book frequently.
It gets the job done but there's a lot of useless pages in here. The problems can be found online and the book doesn't do much to explain it. The lesson and the type of problems can differ too.. So be prepared to ask a higher level math/econ student for help.
It is the same as the US edition; even the page numbers match. It is not printed on a high quality paper, so that might be a disadvantage for somebody. Definitely worth the savings compared to US edition
