Good for people young and old who need pictures to grasp concepts. The author has done a thorough and quite a good job--the illustrations are excellent. Only one "error"--he writes that the basket that held Moses is coated with "tar" the Bible calls it "pitch".
Look at the cover and ask yourself whether the illustrator has any conception of joy? Anger, meanness. A wooden retellingthat distorts the message of the bible. Keep it out of children's hands!
I have the big Good and Evil book in black and white, but the content is the same. I love how the Pearl's have interpreted these stories. I love the illustrations and how they show consequences for sin. I love that my kids will read this book over and over again for fun! Great book!
