This is without a doubt the worst textbook I've ever used. I am no tax dummy having worked over 15 yrs. in this field but the examples in this book are horrible, and are very hard to follow due to their layout. There aren't good examples showing completed tax forms as examples of what they are talking about (which are really helpful to visual people). I would rate this a 0 in my book and it needs to be redone. Also the software included with the book was junk and didn't operate correctly so I had to figure out a way to bypass all the goofy formatting problems on the software so I could actually complete a return properly.
It is very good but does not cover all topics l was looking for under corporate taxation but in general it is the best
This book helps keep up with the lastest tax topics. A must for a practicing CPA. Worth it in every way!!
