I am currently taking a Government and Non-Profit Accounting class. I have a 3.2, and fell that that will drastically drop as soon as I fail this class, due to this poorly written book. It is all over the place. I wonder if the authors did well in English, because they obviously do not know how to pick a subject and stick to it. I am searching the whole book to answer questions that should be in the chapter that I am in. Say if you are in Chapter 4, they want you to go BACK!!! to Chapter 3 to answer a question. Why did they not just put the question in Chapter 3??? Who wrote this? This book is for accounting professionals, trying to freshen up what knowledge they already have. This is not for STUDENTS, whom are trying to just get their Bachelor's Degree. What a piece of crap.

This book is disorganized, disjointed and has a poor index. There are zero online supplemental resources for this book. During my class, I used supplemental resources for other governmental accounting books, such as, McGraw Hill.

If you are taking a class that requires this book, I feel extremely sorry for you. This book is utter crap and is extremely hard to learn from. I cannot rate it lowly enough.

good book. This one was by fare the easiest to understand. Good at breaking down budgets. Plus, it was good quality.
