Actually, I'm a little disappointed with this book. I was expecting something I could read to my preschoolers for our community helpers theme. This book is just a little too advanced and they lose interest. I would say maybe first graders would like it betters.

Really fun for teaching jobs and tools of those in our communities. It's really fun to let the kids (I used it to teach kindergarteners) guess who and what the profession is. Highly recommended for teaching about different jobs.

I'm a school counselor and I love these books for my unit on careers. I use them for K-5 just to discuss the tools/uniforms/vehicles that one may use for a career and get them thinking more about the career they may want to have or explore. I read aloud to Kindergarten and in grades 2-4 I use them more as a visual for discussion.

The pictures are very large. Too big to tell easily what the tool is. Using this for a 4 yr old, the book didn't grab attention at all. Great concept, but the art work doesn't do justice to the idea.

I use this book for a career lesson. The kids really enjoy it. They loved guessing the different jobs. The book even includes fun facts on each of the jobs. I would definitely recommend!

Great book for working with kids and showing them different jobs. Very nice illustrations and kids loved to read it.

Who doesn't like to guess what tools are used for and by whom? Kids loved to predict! A great book and well-used in my Family Child Care.
