I'm in the sixth grade, and I plan to become a vet. This book is a good choice if you're considering being one. Obviously, it's not going to tell you about all the supplies and details. It's only about 36 pages on the Kindle! You may be wondering, "Why should I get such a short book for $2?" Actually, for a book like this, $2 isn't too much. This book is worth every penny! It explains many things, like the different types of vets you can become, and describes the training all vets must do before they are official animal doctors. It tells what a vet's usual salary is, shows a day in the life of a vet, has nice photos with captions, and more! So, if you're thinking of becoming a vet, buy this book. It is a worthwhile purchase!
I bought the book for my grand daughter. At 14 she has made up her mind to be a vet. She told me the book was great and learned a lot from it. It seems the book has given her a stronger determination to be a vet. Based on her reaction to the book I would suggest it to anyone who wants to be a vet.
My daughter is 12 and received this for Christmas. She likes it because it gives her a lot of information on the steps to become a vet. She also likes that it tells you what you'll be doing when and how your life will be when you become a vet.

I am 10 years old and I want to become a vet.this book is a great book to read if you want to be one.it tells you what advantages you will have and some disadvantages.it tells you facts,it has a journal ,stories and lots of other stuff.even if it is a shorter book it has lots of good facts.if you want to become a vet ask your mom or dad to buy it!!!( it is for ages 7-12 )Great book!!!
I think I would have liked something maybe a bit more in depth, but this is for my soon to be 8 year old who is hoping to be a Veterinarian someday and she is really enjoying it so it's good for me!
