I agree with another reviewer---the story was ok, interesting. However, no book that is sold for money should have as many typos as this one does. I cringed each time I came across one. How did this even make it for sale? Example: "He looked, as if he could be knocked over with the proverbial father." I'm halfway through and have come across at least half a dozen.The other thing was that this is a romance novel with some visual references to Amish living and Amish words thrown in for good measure. The way the characters use words is not indicative of Amish. But, I enjoyed it nonetheless.
The story line was fine; however, the writing was full of typographical and spelling errors. I hope the author will hire a knowledgeable editor for any future publications. FYI to the author--Everyday language and sounds range from 60-80 decibels, so a baby wailing at ten decibels makes no sense!
I gave these books a five star rating. They were very interesting and very well written. Each book was different, but really enjoyable. The twins were cute and they found them fun to take care of. Even enjoyed the last book. If you enjoy Amish books you will really enjoy these stories.
I love the Amish stories. Always clean, sweet loving stories. This one had some real life issues that were dealt with, and keeping God in the forefront.
This was well written with an easy to follow story line. Some stories I have read you lose interest after the first chapter due to too much changing from the initial purpose of the writer. Good for young adult readers.

I've been searching for a book and came across this set and it was so easy to read and I didn't want to put it down. Amazing story!!
I love reading Amish. Now I am curious about all of them. Will have to find the next chapter for Patience Hannah and Reuben.
