I continue to fall in love with the stories written by Karen Anne Vogel. She has a way of bringing you into the story.In "The Herbalist's Son", Willow's story continues from Book 1. Having stayed in Canada with a family and being tempted with the "worldly" life he finds a Mennonite Church, which in return does not know if he sincerely of Amish faith.Back home he is in a dilemma over his love for Hannah but Hannah is courting Andy.I am anxious to read the next book in the series when it comes out. Karen has me wanting to know what takes place with Willow and Hannah. This is a must read.I was given this book for my honest review.
Book two continues the story of the Byler family and their friends. The main character, Willow, continues to grow spiritually through the loving guidance of his friends and family. I enjoyed the book immensely reading it twice. The characters and their struggles inspire me to know my beliefs and the reasons for them
