My 8-year-old son has really enjoyed reading and re-reading this book. He hasn't been willing to tell me why he wouldn't want to be on the journey so I'll need to read it soon. My son has also enjoyed You Wouldn't Want to be a Ninja and another in the series.
Amazing books, a wonderful add to any home library or homeschool collection. My kids love receiving these books, they are humorous and honest about the life during these times. The graphics are well done, colorful and fun to look at. The writing is perfect for younger kids, yet perfect for older elementary age kids. We look forward to more adding more and more to our collection.
My son enjoys them to the fullest extent, takes them to school and wish it was hard bound for this price. But great, Collection keeps building up.. Happy reading.
My niece really enjoyed this book. We purchased it for a summer reading project and she soared thru the book and completed the project very quickly.
