My kids (3.5 and 1) both love this book. It's short enough for the attention span of the younger one, but easy enough that my older one knows the words and can "read" it to herself. I like to put both kids on my lap and bounce them as though the train were experiencing turbulence. The kids think it's great fun. The illustrations are simple and rustic, like an Eric Carle book. Product quality (physically) is good. No problems with the seller. I highly recommend this one.

This book is a must have for 1-2 year old choo choo lovers. My son absolutely loves this book and reads it 3 or 4 times before bed each day. At 20 months now he knows it by heart, and is especially interested in the noises the train makes as it makes it's journey (choo choo, off we go. clack clack, over the bridge, etc.). It is perfectly written to stimulate little minds. I cannot believe I am the first reviewer!

"Choo Choo" is a simple board book, with cutouts. It has been a favorite of my daughters for some time now.It is a story of a train ride to the beach, most likely based on the London-to-Brighton line. The key to the book it seems, is the simple but effective and very colourful illustration, along with strategic cut-outs which fascinate children. The text is simple and repetitive so kids like it.My daughter has enjoyed this book since she was 6 months old. She wants me to read it to her again and again, sometimes 3-4-5 times in a row and will stick her fingers in the cut-outs etc.On the back of this I have bought her some other books by the same author. She has enjoyed them but none have her hooked as much as this one. So that is the highest praise I can give this book!

My 3 year old son loves reading this book. Simple text can be memorized. There is only one line per page and about 10-12 pages. The cut outs in the board book make it fun. Not much too it but any child who loves trains will like this book.

I bought this book for my toddler who loves trains, and we have been reading it every single night before bed since the day I gave it to him. It seemed very simple to me at first and thought it might bore him. I was wrong!

This book is perfect for a train loving 8-24 month old!! Thick pages are layered with different cut outs so they are tactile & visually interesting. A short & sweet story about a train ride that ends at the beach.

My grandsons, ages 19 months and 3 years old really enjoy this book. I recommend it for the little train lovers in the family.Clever text and great pictures keep everyone, including the adult reader, interested.

The pages are really easy for small children to turn because the pages have cut outs on them - they are not just all rectangular. The story consists of different train noises on each page - my 9 month old niece loves it!
