Good.
This book has some wonderful, inspirational, and practical stories to motivate English Learners. The included CD has SOME of the dialogues in the text. Others (apparently) require an additional CD. Those that are present are great, clear, and realistically paced. I find it perfectly annoying not to have all the dialogues available when this book is purchased.
