I met Jay back in 1992 at a seminar and it was love at first sight! Well not exactly love, but i new i had met an investor with great insight and knowledge of how to make some good money in real estate. I had taken many seminars before Jay's and found i was unable to put the information i had learned to practical use. i could relate to finding run down, undervalued properties, and fixing them up to be the missing link to a successful career . Jays hands on knowledge and psychology of managing tenants was instrumental to my success. Fixer Jay has done it again! Just when I thought we couldn't learn anything more from Jay, he surprises us. The advise Jay gives in the Real Estate Fisherman is just as good for the beginner as for the seasoned professional. We've already applied things we learned in the book to our business. Before we found Jay, we were focused only on single-family homes. Buying multiple units on one lot allowed us to take our business to the next level. However, the mentoring Jay has provided over the years has gotten us through more than one situation with a customer.
