I got this book a few days ago and is a fantastic guide with many tips and ways to teach u how to improve your relation skills with people. How to use your charisma, to increase the ability to listen to others, to identify your empathy with others are some of the many things that you can learn and start to use and practice in your day by day. From confidence in yourself and your actions to building up self-steem in order to overcome obstacles; and the willingness to help the rest of the key people of your team.Totally recommended, really good reading.
This is a perfect book to read if you are searching for the best one that will give a thorough set of information and the essential knowledge you will use in preparing yourself in becoming a Leader. It also has some good points about management and how one can have the management skills needed for a leader. But what is worth noting is how this book has stressed on respect. Especially respect for other people, since it believed that leading thru fear will not yield good results. This book is educational, worth reading and considering.

Like this book! I have learned a lot from this book. I have learned the key principles in becoming a great leader! It is not easy to become a great leader. It takes a long time to become one. Through this book, I have learned the importance of honesty, communication, confidence, ability to listen, and being optimistic. I have also learned that giving comments or feedback to your subordinates help build your management skills. Also, as a leader, you should always recognize the achievements and criticize your subordinates in a healthy way. The book also thought me how to effectively communicate to all the people. Thumbs up to the author for writing such book.!
What a very inspiring and motivating book I had Read! This book was a good resource and reminder of leadership and it importance. I appreciated much of what it had to say regarding making a first good impression, motivating staff and managing change; it also covered a effective delegating strategies and dealing with difficult people. You may find most of these topics familiar and you would be right, however it is easy reading and a good reminder of why leaders chose to lead. So much worth reading book!
I am always required to take course in leadership development. This book has all the elements of a leadership seminar but is written in a concise to the point manner. You will fin value in the leadership quotes nestled in the book as you go. This book share some quick and easy steps to be a successful leader that people respect. Some things are just removed we all need to remind ourselves as we get caught up in work and the ever changing environment most of us are a part of.
Have always wished to effectively motivate and communicate with people to effortlessly lead them to the peak of success.
