This book just sucked me in and I read 50% in the first sitting. The reason for that is because it's well written and has valid points that really resonate with me. You know you have found an awesome resource when you keep on making notes in your todo list about all the ideas and actionable content coming your way.I prefer books that say what they need to say and that don't have to much fluff and this book is exactly like that.Highly recommended!
Probably the best book of it's type that I have read, and I have read a lot. I found it to be clear, concise and with no 'fluff'. What surprised me the most is that this book delivers it all in one place. I have ready many books on all of the different aspects of getting your name out there etc but this book offers a step-by-step process of how to obtain massive results. Daniel doesn't just offer up suggestions he actually takes you through the process and shows you the 'how to'. My partner is now reading it and is getting as much out of it as I did. A great read. I thought that I had covered all basis but after reading this book I am even more enthusiastic about the possibilities available to me. I got so much out of it I will definitely be reading it again!
It's rare that you can ever say too many times in your life that a book has changed your business and utimately your future. Well this book certainly has had a massive impact on my life in a very positive way. I have implemented many of the steps in this book and will implement the ones I have yet to fully complete but already my future is looking a lot brighter compared with my past. The 5 steps really work! I am moving into an area of business where there is a big need and if I didn't have the formula this book provides I wouldn't have been able to successfully enter this market in my opinion. If you are serious about your business and future please buy this book, read it and implement the 5 steps. When you do your life will move to another very exciting level!

Daniel Priestley’s simple 5 step process is the key to take you and your business to a whole new level. Daniel has a wonderful way of demystifying business by giving you a practical process that’s easy to understand and apply. I’ve used the KPI process as the blueprint to totally transform my business. I’ve seen dozens of other entrepreneurs achieve similar results following Daniel’s 5 step process. I wish I’d had this book 20 years ago. I can’t recommend it highly enough to every budding entrepreneur!
In all the business books that I have read, Daniel Priestley's "Key Person of Influence" has to be the best!! If you want to really succeed in this life with your business, then this book has all the information that you will ever need.This is his revised edition, and it has so much more detail than the original edition, that you will want to start working and implementing the information in it straight away! I have read his original edition at least 5 times, but with this revised edition, I could not put it down. I can highly recommend this book to every small business owner who is serious about succeeding!
I wish I'd had this book 14 years ago when I started my first small business. Daniel Priestley has absolutely nailed it with the 5 "P's".I was able to identify room for improvement in my business strategy and took immediate action towards improving. The results were immediately measurable. There's more clarity now behind "why" I'm in business. Daniel's book is the entrepreneurship textbook in my opinion and a must read for anyone who is either an established business owner or thinking of taking the leap. Easy 5 Stars.
There are endless books suggesting how to turn your business around but NONE are as inspiring or credible as the simple, authentic, proven method by Daniel Priestley. As a startup, I was unsure about everything. After implementing the KPI method I am making things happen for my business that i never dreamed of. I cannot recommend this approach highly enough. KPI is not just a book its a recipe for success.
