What Pet should I get by dr. seussAudio children's book and their dad said they could have one. Rhyming story about different animals. Each of the kids want a different pet. Then they look at the others that are at the store. They have to be back by noon and there's still animals to pick. They imagine if they had one of each!.This collection also has one fish, two fish story which has rhyming and opposite words. Silly stories with rhyming words about made up animals and what their attributes are.Like how the colors are bridging the works of dr. seuss from one year to another.I received this book from National Library Service for my BARD (Braille Audio Reading Device).
I'm an older guy now..I'm a huge Dr Seuss fan! I have three small Xmas trees with almost every ornament that's related to the Seuss books/ I don't remember where my love began most probably when I first saw the colorful drawings & as an adult since I did not have these as a boy/ this year I will put them all up in honor of this great book.. Can you believe in the same year I get a brand new Dr Seuss story AND a new Harper Lee book.. I won't divulge the story but the title says it all / I love love love this treat of words.. My friend turned 60 yo last month & I gave him " Happy Birthday to You!".. There is pure joy in his writing , in each word he's chosen...You know that he dreamt & dreamt till it was JUST right to fit the stunning artwork
If you like Dr Seuss things, you'll like it. My 2 1/2 year old likes listening to it in the car. She likes hearing his voice and is learning the words.
My 5 year old and 8 year old grandaughters loved it - even the 9 year old enjoyed reading it herself.
Get both the audio and the printed versions. This helps the little ones learn to read.
