Sent as a gift to a friend, born in Italy, whose grandson is turning 2. It is a success. The grandfather enjoys sharing the nursery rhymes with his grandson. Volume 2 seemed more appropriate for a young child than volume 1.
Bought it for my baby granddaughter (I am Italian). I liked being able to find such a book in the U.S. as it reminds me of some riddles I learned as a child. Recommended, obviously, to those who know how to read Italian for correct intonation of the riddles :)
I found the pictures and stories very dear and I really like this book for children to learn basic rhymes in Italian.
