How this 'book' is receiving positive reviews staggers me-this book does nothing to help anyone start a NEMT Business-It is complete drivel. More than half of the book is state listings of offices that you can search in ten seconds on google. The rest is the most basic business info you can imagine (Type of business; Sole-Prop, Inc., etc.) The fact that they charge for this should be a violation of policy. I'm seriously thinking of publishing my own version of a NEMT book because I'm so upset that this type of garbage is available for such an outrageous price-they simply chose this outrageous price because of the lack of other titles offering help in this particular field. The others available, also simply try to rip off as many people as they can get away with-horrible.
I did like how detailed the book was about starting your own business. However, I felt it was lacking in the "how to portion", but overall it points you in the right direction to the resources that you need...I would recommend this book to others starting a NEMT business.
Easy to read and follow. I will recommend this book to anyone starting a non emergency medical transportation business or already in time and wants to improve or grow their business.
